1603 – symbol of an alliance between nations

Considered by a growing number of historians as the true founding moment of the Quebec adventure, the year 1603 was marked by a great celebration called the Tabagie de Tadoussac, during which a first alliance was concluded between the French and the First Nations. It was during this great meeting that Innu Chief Anadabijou, speaking on behalf of his family, authorized the French, including Samuel de Champlain, to establish permanent installations on their territory, which would become the foundation of Quebec in 1608.

For SEIZE03, this date is an important symbol of diplomacy between nations and represents what we want to put forward for our customers.  Our experts are guided by a strong desire to contribute to society by building strong bridges between people, organizations, and nations.
