SEIZE03 protects your data in a secure environment with access control and privacy policies to protect the data against unauthorized disclosure, ensuring that only the concerned persons have access to your data. We are committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality by integrating the latest technological innovations to ensure the privacy of your personal information. However, as no mechanism offers perfect security, some risk is always present when using the Internet and different technologies. We also give access to third parties such as service providers (information storage, technology, etc.) to enable us to operate our organization. These third-party providers may have access to the data through the service they provide. SEIZE03 has carefully selected these third parties. If you have any questions about the third parties we use, please contact us.We will not share your data with local authorities or courts unless we are required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a legally binding injunction.We are committed to not commercializing the collected information.

- Retention and Destruction of Personal Information
We retain personal information for a specified period to respond to your questions about the services provided and to meet our obligations to external legislative and regulatory bodies. However, we limit the retention of personal information to protect your privacy.We retain customer records for 7 years after the end of our business relationship. Financial documents are kept for seven years, and employee records are kept for seven years after employment termination. Resumes are kept for 6 months after receipt. Paper files containing personal information are shredded, and electronic information is deleted. When the material is disposed of, the hard drive is destroyed to ensure that the data is irrecoverable.
- Policies and Procedures
You have the right to know if we hold personal information about you, to access it, and to request details about its collection, use, and possible communication. This information will be provided to you within 30 days of your written request. If an error is detected, you have the right to request a correction, and we will rectify any proven error. Any request for access or rectification must be addressed to the Privacy Officer, who will respond to your questions and concerns. If you are dissatisfied, complaint procedures will be provided to you in accordance with the provisions of Law 25.
SEIZE03 reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and is committed to informing you if any changes occur. - Complaint Handling Procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing, by email, or any other official communication channel. They are recorded in a centralized register accessible only to designated personnel. The complaint handler examines each complaint to assess its relevance and severity. Frivolous, defamatory, or unfounded complaints may be dismissed with justification provided where appropriate.
