Romy Lupien-Phaneuf Joins the SEIZE03 Team as Advisor
SEIZE03 is pleased to announce the appointment of Corinne Brochu as an advisor within its team.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Law from Université du Québec à Montréal and a master’s in Applied International Law and International Politics from Université de Sherbrooke, Romy has built her academic path on a global stage , including studies at Chonnam National University in South Korea and Universidad de Deusto in Bilbao, Spain.
Driven by a deep interest in geopolitics, public affairs, and international law, she has developed solid expertise in strategic research, legal analysis, and project coordination. Her internship with Médecins du Monde Canada, where she supported international operations in Haiti, Niger, Benin, and Burkina Faso, reflects her hands-on commitment to fieldwork that matters.
Shaped by experiences across NGOs, academic organizations, and diplomatic simulation bodies, Romy brings to SEIZE03 a sharp analytical mindset, a natural ease in multicultural environments, and a genuine passion for public policy with international reach.
