A successful retreat for SEIZE03
SEIZE03’s management and employees met last week for a few days at the Hôtel-Musée des Premières Nations. This team retreat in Wendake was a combination of productive work and fun activities that allowed us to make an assessment of the previous year and to plan for the one that is just beginning, an essential practice for any organization.
SEIZE03’s president considers that 2023 has been a very busy year and hopes to be just as successful in 2024, both in terms of clientele and workforce. Meeting the needs of our clients by offering a service with utmost professionalism remains SEIZE03’s priority in this new year.
In addition to the work sessions, several activities awaited the SEIZE03 team. These activities, such as the Onhwa’ Lumina illuminated trail, the Myths and Legends activity around a firepit, and a visit to the Huron-Wendat Museum, added a rich social and cultural dimension to the retreat. These moments of discovery and wonder helped to strengthen the team’s bonds, promoting a favourable work environment for all.
In summary, this retreat was beneficial both professionally and personally, since one of its objectives was to consolidate the cohesion of the team, while enjoying some time to discover new things and the opportunity to work together towards the development of the firm.
The year 2024, just like the previous one, is sure to be full of promising projects for social justice which, through their positive impact on society, continue to motivate the SEIZE03 team. As a result, our commitment to providing excellent service to all our clients is as clear as ever.
