It is with immense pride that SEIZE03 received a GOLD award in the Tactics: Event category at the 2025 SQPRP Gala d’excellence, for organizing the AFNQL Banquet: First Nations Women, Builders of Our Nations.

Commissioned by the Assembly of First Nations Quebec-Labrador (AFNLQ), our team orchestrated a memorable evening on July 10, 2024, at the Bonsecours Market, bringing together more than 375 chiefs, elected officials, and dignitaries from across Canada.

This themed banquet highlighted the leadership of Indigenous women through an inspiring panel, a rich artistic program, and a gourmet meal prepared by Innu chef Krystle Rosalie Régis.

Thanks to exemplary mobilization, a rigorous sponsorship strategy, and targeted communication, the event exceeded all expectations, with a satisfaction rate of over 90% and record attendance. This remarkable success has earned us this prestigious recognition from our peers.

This award highlights SEIZE03’s commitment to excellence, inclusion and the promotion of Indigenous cultures. Our warmest thanks go to the AFNQL for its trust, and to all our partners and collaborators who contributed to making that evening a memorable moment.

A Strong Message for the Profession

In his acceptance speech, Éric Cardinal, President of SEIZE03, reminded the audience of public relations professionals that First Nations are not stakeholders, they are governments. Working with First Peoples means establishing intergovernmental relations.

At SEIZE03, we firmly believe that building strong bridges brings communities, organizations, and nations closer together.
